Tiffany Thuy is an entrepreneur, consultant, and HRCI instructor at the ESI Institute of Management. Tiff is currently consulting SMEs and C-suite leaders in the areas of International HR Management, Corporate Culture, and Best Workplace (EX and EE).

Tiffany has been working as protocol services for over ten years for various multinational companies in Qatar, Dubai, Singapore, and Viet Nam. She has excellent creative thinking in sales and marketing optimization for corporates. She helps many MNCs successfully leverage market segments and customers’ behaviors with outstanding financial outcomes. She is also recognized as a Mrs. Business Women who possess a high level of EI in corporate culture, leadership, and employee engagement.

Tiffany started her career as a Facilities Manager at UGL Limited (Australia Group) in Qatar in 2011 then she moved to Dubai in 2013 as Executive Assistant for GAP Corp Group (UAE headquarter).

Tiff arrived back in Viet Nam in 2016 and worked as a Corporate Relations Manager at Wilmar CLV (Singapore Group) in HCM City, Vietnam. Tiff’s expertise in specific areas of:
