Dr. Steve maintains a research focus on entrepreneurship and innovation and is interested in collaboration, making good decisions, and ideas that help grow and develop businesses and communities. More specifically, this includes research projects on global leadership and entrepreneurship, strategic management, global trends of talent management and learning and development, applied psychology in human resources management, and business coaching and mentoring.
Dr Steve Pham holds a Master’s degree (Hons) in Business Administration from Kookmin University (South Korea), and a Doctorate’s degree (Hons) in Educational Leadership and Learning from Aspen University (CO, USA).
Dr. Steve brings an impressive professional track record in global business, international human resources management to help school and business leaders and all stakeholders driving for the sustainable development and growth.
Dr. Steve is the founder of ESOTERRA and serves as its Chief Executive Officer and senior advisor. Steve maintains a research focus on entrepreneurship and innovation and is interested in collaboration, making good decisions, and ideas that help grow and develop businesses and communities.
As the Founding President, Steve oversees the entire ESOTERRA strategy, governance, and all aspects of the group’s education services and business activities. He also serves as the Founding Principal of the ESOTERRA of Leadership and Management.
Steve has attended and presented at many international education conferences in the SEA region and connected with many international school leaders and HR practitioners in the region.
