As a professional coach certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and have completed 2 levels of training (150 hours) and am certified as a Point of You Training Coordinator – a coaching tool widely applied globally. In the coaching journey, Diu focuses on creating a space of trust and safety for clients to explore themselves, expand their vision, and develop comprehensively.

Diu graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the International University – VNUHCM and a Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. She is currently one of the mentors at Menteelogy – a consulting platform for young people on YBOX.

Diu Ha has deep expertise in the field of human development through applied psychology and coaching, to support individuals and organisations to develop sustainably from within. Diu has participated in and shared at many training programs and specialised seminars in the field of coaching and human development at major universities, on the importance of EQ from the lecture hall. She also connects and works with many experts in the fields of psychology, human resources and education in Vietnam.

Diu is a continuous learner and passionate about research related to coaching, emotional intelligence, psychological safety in organisations, emotional therapy and transformational leadership.
