Tiffany is always motivated by a broad range of strategic management challenges and is as comfortable with behaviour change, team dynamics, and leadership development. She started working as a Facilities Manager at UGL Limited (Australia Group) in Qatar in 2011, then she moved to Dubai and worked as an Executive Assistant for GAP Corp Group (UAE headquarter) in 2013.

Tiffany relocated back to Vietnam in 2016 and currently, she is working as a Corporate Relations Manager at Wilmar CLV (Singapore Group) based in HCM City, Vietnam. Tiffany has been doing research and deepening her knowledge and experience in a new role of learning and organisational development manager at Wilmar Vietnam since 2016 

while she takes the Master’s course of HRM, at Massey School of Management (NZ).

Tiffany also plays as an organisational development leader who can effectively design and manage the company performance management system and employer branding program to enhance employee engagement leading to the best workplace with high performance and outstanding business results.
