The ESI Certified Associate Professional in HR™ (aHREP™) is designed for individuals who are new to HR and want to explore the fundamental knowledge of professional human resources management. The aHREP™ is a knowledge-based credential which is suitable for fresh university graduate and persons who have essential inter-personality skills and passion working in the HR field.


The ESI Certified Professional in HR™ (pHREP™) is designed for individuals who have at least four years of working experience related to professional HR want to upgrade the advanced knowledge of professional human resources management. The pHREP™ is a perfect certification for university graduate with major in HRM and those who have advanced skills and capacity taking a managerial role of HR.


The ESI Certified Global Professional in HR™ (gHREP™) is designed for senior HR professionals who want to master the strategic and policy-making aspects of HR management in Vietnam and SEA region. The gHREP™ is a perfect certification which is suitable for HR experienced professionals and persons who have advanced skills and capacity taking a C-Suite managerial role of HR in multinational organisations.

HRM in Schools

This HRM in Schools or Education Administration course helps future educational leaders mastery of fundamental concepts of HRM in school administration. This course helps identify major human resource issues, develop an ability to analyze issues confronting educational administrators from a human resources perspective, and to develop a professional approach to solving problems in an educational setting.

HR Analytics

People and HR data analytics are changing how businesses run and managers do their jobs. This course explores how human resource managers use data to provide better support to the employees they manage and to contribute to the strategic practices of their organizations, and how data collection and organization may factor into problem-solving processes, and employee privacy and confidentiality.

HR Ethics Series

Human resources professionals are charged with supporting the success of their organizations in ways that are ethical and socially responsible. Ethical organizations must consider questions about what is right and fair in all decision-making processes. Because HR professionals are involved in designing and enforcing policies that impact the key people with especially powerful role in shaping the ethical culture.

Eligibility & Admission Requirements

The ESI HREP® and MindEgde HR courses are designed for all level of adult learners who have at least three years of working experience in professional human resources position. English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.0 is required in all courses at our ESI School of Business. Learners can contact the ESI admissions team for assistance if they have any problems of language but still want to take the courses.

In general, learners must achieve an average test score of at least 70% to meet the minimum successful completion requirement and qualify to receive a certification from the ESI and MindEdge under the accreditation of IACET CEUs. Learners will have three attempts at all graded assessments.
