HRCI® Certification Preparation Program

The ESI Group collaborates with HRCP and MindEdge, and other global partners to design and offer the most contemporary HRCI certifications in Vietnam.

The HRCI® certifications preparation program focuses on mastering how to best optimise human resources for the success. The ESI collaborates with HRCP to design the blended HR courses that help the learners successfully take the HRCI certifications: Associate Professional in Human Resources® (aPHR®), Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®), Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) and Global Professional in Human Resources® (GPHR®). HRCI Certifications are accredited by both the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) and International Accreditation Service (IAS) for every application submitted.

aPHR®, aPHRi™

The HRCI Associate Professional in Human Resources® (aPHR®) and aPHRi™ are designed to help you propel your career growth and provide you with the confidence to launch into the HR profession. HR experience is not required since this is a foundational HR knowledge-based credential.

SPHR®, SPHRi™

The Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) and SPHRi™ is designed for internationally based HR leaders, validates senior-level HR competency and mastery of generally accepted HR principles in strategy, policy development and service delivery in a single international setting.

PHR®, PHRi™ (HRBP™)

The Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) and PHRi™ demonstrate your mastery of the operational aspects of HR management, including U.S. laws and regulations, and global HR principles. At least one year of experience in a professional-level HR position is required.

GPHR®

The Global Professional in Human Resources® (GPHR®) demonstrates expertise of global HR responsibilities, strategies of globalization development of HR policies and initiatives that support organizational global growth. At least three years of experience in a professional-level HR position is required.

HRCP Certification Pre Courses

The HRCP is designed by Dr. David J. Cherrington (DBA, SPHR) and Laura Z. Middleton (SPHR, SPHRi, SHRM-SCP). Dr. Cherrington, a retired university professor, served on the HR Certification Institute Board of Directors from 1989 to 1995. During his time on the board, he was the National Director of Codification and Research and the National Director of Exam Development. HRCP has number of groups that use our study materials for their ongoing preparation courses who track their success rates. The HRCP program will prepare you to pass the HR certification exam.

Eligibility & Admission Requirements

The HRCI® Certification Preparation courses designed by the ESI and HRCP for all levels of adult learners, including senior student or fresh graduates who want to explore professional HR as their future career and other HR practitioners with relevant professional HR working experience, want to advance their HR career in multinational and global organisations. English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.0 is required in all courses at our ESI School of Business.

Learners can contact the ESI admissions team for assistance if they have any problems of language but still want to take the courses.
