It is fundamental that the corporates must understand the details of how they can evaluate their digital transformation strategy and process to enhance the companies’ value chains and competitive advantages. Digital transformation has been recognized as one of the critical success factors in today’s business world, the ability to transform data into wisdom in a real-time mode is pressuring companies to transform themselves and then adapt to the changing world.

This TALKSHOW is co-hosted by the ESI Institute of Leadership and Management and VietGuys. Our speakers will share the science and best practices behind the organization’s business strategies, big data, value chains, global marketing, and human resources management through the lens of digital transformation perspectives and corporate’s competitive advantages.

Speakers

Dr. Steve Pham is an entrepreneur, consultant, speaker, author, and senior lecturer at the ESI Institute of Management. He currently teaches as an adjunct lecturer for various universities and institutes in the areas of Business Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Leadership, International Human Resource Management, and Research Methods. Steve maintains a research focus on entrepreneurship and innovation and is interested in collaboration, making good decisions and ideas that help grow and develop businesses and communities. More specifically, this includes research projects on global leadership, strategic management, global trends of talent management and learning and development, applied psychology in human resources management, school counseling, and youth mentorship.

Dr. Kha Dinh is a highly qualified professor with extensive knowledge and working experience in global business strategy and marketing, including business strategy planning, digital business, and supply chain transformation. Dr. Kha is currently working in various roles such as CEO at VietGuys, Board Member at An Sinh Nhan Nghia, Chief Strategy Officer at Loi Loi Dan, and an adjunct lecturer at Nguyen Tat Thanh University. With huge compassion for social community activities, Dr. Kha is also supporting young Vietnamese as a Marketing Trainer for the VietnamMarcom and Coordinator of the International Student Community of European University in Vietnam. Dr. Kha holds a Doctor of Business Administration from the European University (Switzerland).

Mgmt. Thuy Lam is a highly qualified practitioner in human resources management with extensive knowledge and working experience in all strategic and operational areas of global HRM systems, including strategic workforce planning, digitalized talent management i.e. talent performance management, and learning and development systems at various multinational companies in Vietnam and the region. With good business acumen, a practical HRM system, and outstanding digital capability, Thuy is able to help organizations imply appropriate human resources solutions, and leverage and transform for sustainable growth. Thuy holds a Master of Human Resources Management from Massey University, New Zealand.
