Flexible and Affordable Admission Philosophy

The ESI Group philosophy of education is embedded in its educational services for the “Excellence” or “Best of Education. The ESI Institute of Management offers “Education for Everyone” with flexible and affordable admission policy that enables every student or organisation has the opportunity to learn new things for the future employment and sustainable development and growth.


Acceptance to Executive Education is based on the distinct admission requirements for each program. For program-specific details, please refer to the section “Who Should Attend” and the “Participant Profile” on each program page. Submitting an application does not guarantee admission. An admissions committee will assess all completed applications based on each program’s criteria for admission.

Educational Requirements: There are no specific educational requirements for our ESI Executive Education programs. However, participants are required to take the short Pre-Course Test in order to apply to or qualify for executive education programs. In addition, However, participants need to be able to both understand and speak English at a level that allows them to participate fully in our global executive education programs with English learning materials.

Application Process

Application Requirements: When you are ready to apply, access the online application for your program. Most applications take about 20 minutes to complete. You will need to provide personal and professional information and a personal statement.

Confirmation of Receipt: You will receive a confirmation of receipt by email within 72 hours of submitting your application. If you have questions about the status of your application, contact Executive Education.

Notification of Acceptance: For many programs, there is a rolling admissions process, and applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis. You will hear back within four to six weeks after submitting an application.

We are sensitive to your need to know your admission status and try our best to balance that with our admission process. If you submit your application after a program’s application deadline, your application will be considered on a space-available basis.

Payment & Cancellation

Program Fee: Your executive education program fee includes tuition, and may also include course materials, and more. See each specific program’s Overview page for complete details. Fees are subject to change, as are programs, dates, and faculty.

Payment: Upon admission, payment details including an invoice and online payment link will be sent by email. Full payment of the invoice confirms your enrollment. Payment is accepted by bank wire transfer or credit card.

Financial Aid: ESI Institute of Management will review and may offer a discount coupon or/and financial assistance for executive education programs with case by case basis.

Cancellation Policy: We understand that senior executives occasionally have changes in plans or schedules that will result in their not being able to attend the program as planned. In case the learners wish to cancel and receive a full refund, s/he must submit a request in writing at least 30 days prior to the program start date; a cancellation request 15 to 29 days before the program start date with a refund 50% of the full program fee, and no refund for a request within 14 days of the program start date. Cancellation requests are valid only upon ESI Institute of Management Admission confirming receipt of the learner’s request.


ESI Institute of Management offers the following discounts for the Alumni and partnering schools and organisations for the executive education programs.

For Alumni: The discount for ESI Institute of Management Alumni varies from 5-20% and this discount is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, not offered automatically. If you feel that you qualify for the discount, please contact the program manager of the program to which you are applying.

For Partnering Schools and Organisations: School and Company teams are encouraged to enrol together in open-enrollment programs offered by the ESI Institute of Management Executive Education programs. To qualify as a team and receive a discount 5-15%, you must be a team of two to five co-workers from the same organization who all work directly together, apply to the same program and list your teammate’s names on your applications, and attend the same program.
