HR Executive Education Program (HREP®)
HR Executive Education Program (HREP®) is developed by Dr. Steve Pham who has over decades of working experience in international human resources and global education. The ESI Group collaborates with MindEdge, a global partner to design and offer the most contemporary HR certificate and coursework discusses the theories of global human resources management, and offers real-world practical explanations and definitions.

Eligibility & Admission Requirements
The ESI HREP® and MindEgde HR courses are designed for all level of adult learners who have at least three years of working experience in professional human resources position. English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.0 is required in all courses at our ESI Global School. Learners can contact the ESI admissions team for assistance if they have any problems of language but still want to take the courses.
In general, learners must achieve an average test score of at least 70% to meet the minimum successful completion requirement and qualify to receive a certification from the ESI and MindEdge under the accreditation of IACET CEUs. Learners will have three attempts at all graded assessments.
